Edinburgh, UK: Wolfson Microelectronics plc (“the Company”), a leading supplier of mixed-signal semiconductors for consumer electronic products, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all of the resolutions were passed.

Copies of all of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting, other than ordinary business, are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do(opens in new window)

At this Annual General Meeting, Mike Hickey, Chief Executive Officer, presented extracts from the 2011 Full Year Results Presentation, which was published on 7 February 2012. No price sensitive information or information relating to current trading was disclosed during the presentation.
